Description
The RUBBER & GYPS boar is a coupled sheet measuring 1.200 x 2.000 mm, made with plasterboard and eco-rubber, a particular layer of high-density vulcanized rubber with a thickness of 10 or 20 mm. The consistency of the rubber guarantees a significant improvement in the soundproofing and sound-absorbing power and allows the attenuation of vibrations and noises even in the medium-low frequencies. The RUBBER & GYPS board is usually used in counter walls, partitions and ceilings where high soundproofing power is required (such as cinemas, discos, pubs, clubs with music, etc.), as well as in rooms where adequate sound insulation must be guaranteed. The RUBBER & GYPS board can be installed in counterplating in adherence on partitions, by direct gluing with polyurethane cementitious adhesive, but always by mechanical fixing. Finishing is done as for any plasterboard system.
